  Worked with Lauren today. Instead of her making me wait until an alternative team member who generally handles these inquiries was back in the office giving her more work to come back to- Lauren went out of her way and took on all my many many questions. She explained what to expect financially and gave little estimates on what to expect for external usages just to give an idea for (power/water/gas). She was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of her way to offer to hold a unit. Very considerate of my family’s situation and was so sweet the entire duration of the call. She also offered and generated multiple quotes for me as well. She certainly went beyond my expectations and was incredible to work with. On top of it all, she had such a great attitude over the phone the whole time. Would rate her service a 100/10, amazing first impression
