  I love living here. This has been my first home in Greenville and recently the new management has been amazing with communication and community events. Such a great location, near areas I really value like Swamp Rabbit ans the West Village with easy access to downtown. My gym is here, pool: tons of space for work from home folks. I'm most definitely staying another year.

  I can’t not say enough about Adam at Judson Mill lofts office. He is so kind, patient and helpful. I’m making a long distance move and he’s helped make this so much less stressful for us. Thank you so much and I can’t wait for this to be our new home!!!

  I recently went for a tour of Judson Mill Lofts, and after looking at several other places, I can confidently say this one is top-tier!!! The aesthetic is incredible!! They have perfectly preserved the century-old masonry, soaring ceilings, and original timber beams, while adding high-end modern finishes and grand windows that make the units feel massive. The amenities are equally impressive, from the pool and outdoor kitchen to the rooftop space, yoga studio, and dog park. It really feels like a complete community. What truly pushed this to the top of my list, however, was the Leasing Manager, Shae. I cannot say enough good things! Shae is exceptionally informative and knowledgeable, answering every technical question I had about the lofts with ease. Beyond the expertise, Shae has an amazing personality that made the tour feel personal and welcoming rather than just a sales pitch. If you are touring around the area, make sure this is your first stop and definitely ask for Shae!

  I’ve had an amazing experience living at Judson Mill Lofts! The apartments are beautifully designed with a perfect mix of modern finishes and historic character. The high ceilings, large windows, and thoughtful layouts make the space feel both stylish and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch, and the entire community is well-maintained and inviting. I especially love the atmosphere around the property...it feels vibrant while still being peaceful and relaxing. The management and maintenance teams have been outstanding friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring about residents’ needs. Any requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to downtown, great dining spots, and outdoor spaces. Overall, I couldn’t be happier living here and would highly recommend Judson Mill Lofts to anyone looking for a unique and high-quality place to call home ask for Princess she's amazing!

  Current resident here— Amenities are stripped with no explanation, emails are ignored, and incorrect answers are given by staff to get you out their faces. I've been patient and held out hope that the new staff would change this around. To no avail so far! ** update for clarification: The echelon machines, which you used to be available to residents, have been out of service since before December 2025. I’ve talked to several people in the leasing center about how this, with promise of a solution, and now they ignore my emails requesting updates on the situation. It’s been 5 months. And here is the perfect example of incorrect information: the second gym has been open for a month now. But the treadmills don’t plug into the wall and several of the machines have been put together incorrectly. They say what they need to save face. Every time!
