  5 stars for the managers Leia and Nikki for filling in and helping Jamestown get back on the right track. I feel so much better here now, they really have went over and beyond. They both have great personalities and extremely friendly. Also the new manager Danni is very warming and friendly as well, I truly hope she stays here. Thank you to all three of you ladies!!! Job well done! Words can’t express my gratitude. I’m proud to call Jamestown home again!!!!

  I am giving a 5 Star ⭐️ Review for Ms. Tonya and Mrs. Nikki with The Franklin Johnson Group Management Company and how they actually listen to all of my concerns and quickly remedy all situations with respect, kindness and efficiency! They are the best property managers I’ve ever met in my history of being a renter. I have been living at Jamestown for almost 7 years and they’re the most respectful property managers that have managed this property! When there were concerns with the property, my unit and management they made adjustments. They’ve ensured that the grounds have been maintained, replaced the old trash cans, remedied situations with the property lights and spoken to onsite management when situations needed to be addressed. My unit is in a much better condition since I met them! They are SPECTACULAR AND TREAT TENANTS WITH THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE!
