Fantastic amenities, responsive staff, in a beautiful loft building with an artsy vibe. The trolley stop is just outside the gates offering free rides to DT or you can walk (2 blocks) to the historic West Village to galleries, shops, coffeehouses restaurants and breweries/ distillery.

Only 1 cleaning person for this whole building is a joke. When lodging a complaint or concern, I’ve had mocking behind my back (they didn’t think I could see them), poor customer service. The only reason people stay here is because of our social network.and our units are fantastic.

As to the leasing process and follow up, Chris was great in selling us on Brandon Mills and helping us through the leasing process.
