- AWAmy WarrenNov 25, 20253.0This building is truly unique, but the management is terrible. They do not show appreciation for the tenants. Special events are cheaply done and poorly attended. Only 1 cleaning person for this whole building is a joke. When lodging a complaint or concern, I’ve had mocking behind my back (they didn’t think I could see them), poor customer service. The only reason people stay here is because of our social network.and our units are fantastic.

As to the leasing process and follow up, Chris was great in selling us on Brandon Mills and helping us through the leasing process.
