  Mr. Josh Hoover-Dempsey and his team did a phenomenal job in helping my husband and I find a home. We relocated to SC about a year ago because we wanted to settle here to raise our family. Renting was getting too expensive and we had another little one on the way. A mutual friend recommended Josh to my husband, after my husband expressed some uncertainty about the original realtor we started with. After speaking with Josh, my husband felt comfortable working with him and I didn't have to worry so I could focus on getting through the pregnancy. We never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions that we weren't comfortable with. As first time home buyers, he made sure the process was as smooth as possible (especially since it can be quite stressful). He answered all of our questions without hesitation and gave us honest insight/recommendations on parts of the home buying process that we weren't sure about. He listened to our needs and what we were looking for. He was also very professional, and took the time to check in with us through out the entire process. It's crazy how things work out, but we are thankful to have met Josh and work with him and his team. We were able to close on our new home just before Thanksgiving Day, which was truly amazing! Now, we have a backyard for our little ones to play in! We highly recommend Josh and his team; you won't regret it!

  Josh Hoover-Dempsey was amazing! From the first viewing to the closing, he was beyond helpful and always available for any questions we had. Importantly, Josh did so much more. He negotiated in our best interest and connected us with various contractors to help us remodel parts of the house. There was never any pressure and he truly cared that we find the right place. Would absolutely recommend - 10/10.

  Josh was an absolute amazing realtor! Friendly, understood what we were looking for, we were kinda on a time crunch and he made it happen! He even stopped off at place not on our list and got us in! He was the best! Highly recommend him!!! Thanks for getting us our perfect house Josh!
