  Very very poor no pool no amenities no playground kids playing in the street. They don’t fix anything. Mold leaks in the streets are fallen apart. Gutters don’t even work and they barely cut the grass and they want your money without opening the office up on weekends and wonder why you can’t pay your rent if you’re working.

  Never got security deposit back (will likely have to take them to court which is fine). Maintenance requests are slow in response. AC went out for over a month during the middle of the summer, pool was open for maybe two weeks, there was mold. Trash everywhere, cops always there

  I, love the staff and my apartment but when tenants don't care if they can dump cooking water,used oil,or food over the banster onto the ground and get away with it. Get chairs and sit out in the parking lot and pass around a glass of beer and fight and constantly curse 🤬 and play loud music and dare anyone to say anything about. This is where the difference lies in nice apartments and the project housing,the difference in rat and roaches,and bed bugs infestation because we need cameras up and all around this place and for some their cameras need to be put in place while they have gone to work or doing other things or being told their apartment must be fogged for roaches and they must leave until they are told it's ok to come back. I keep my place clean everywhere I go and grown ups should not have to be told to clean up over and over again and I fear for my life and safety because I am speaking out against such NASTY, SLACK PEOPLE but how do people have to live among this before those who do these things be stopped ✋️ Again I fear for my safety and life because of my review but these apartments are nice and can continue to be so if the actions are taking. Truth be told Anywhere a person lives can be kept clean and decent if the people who lives in such places care.

  I initially liked the way they were very friendly and helpful. I paid for the application fee and admin fee of $250 and was informed by Brianna that if I got denied I would receive $200 back and unfortunately I was denied so I waited well over a month to receive my check in the mail but it never came so I called and was advised that it would take up to 30 days once mailed out....waited another month and still nothing so I called and asked what was going on she said she could see it hadn't been sent out yet so I was to call back in a few days which I did and then she was trying to send it out herself somehow but wasn't able to so she said call back next week to give her time to contact management and see what was going on..... called back the next week and I'm told management would contact me the following day and never received a call from them. I called again the following week and told her nobody ever contacted me and if I could get management's number to call them which she didn't give me the number she said she thinks the district manager or someone else would be in the office a little later that say and I should try back which I did and didn't get an answer.... I have been calling and calling and getting the run around which is crazy but I will be going back to the office today and see what's going on cause it's been a good 4 going on 5 months and I need my $200
