  I’m very pleased with the management team that is here, they are very helpful and understanding. I’ve been here 3 years now and am very pleased with the progress that has been made out here, maintenance crew is cool and helpful, wouldn’t change a thing!!!

  the management team here is amazing and very understanding, I have been here 3 years and I love it!!! if I need anything fixed or worked one, they definitely show up within a day no more than 2. I have been happy since day one and wouldn’t change a thing!!

  Been living here close to a year and anxiously waiting to move! They have you paying for a pool that is filthy and inaccessible year round, a gym where nothing works properly, trash valet that never picks up trash on scheduled days. Its awesome they do have multiple dog parks and are dog friendly but with that comes mounds of dog poop scattered throughout the apartments that never gets picked up! Trash litters the apartment parking lot constantly. Its a headache trying to get anything fixed and that's if you're able to get someone to answer the phone! This place is horrible!! Simple things can be done to make tbese apts so much better but it seems they just dont care and that's disappointing because i had such high hopes when lease signing. Also, the pictures they advertise are not of the actual apts either so PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE YOU RENT HERE!!!

  I’m a current resident, have been living here for about a year and a half. When I signed the lease, the first few months were awful. Maintenance never did anything, requests weren’t being fulfilled. However, a few months ago, we got a new property manager. Since then, everything I have needed help with has been fixed within days. My fridge wasn’t sealed correctly. I mentioned it in passing, and they brought me a new one! It’s been really nice, and I will continue to stay here for the next few years

  Very very poor no pool no amenities no playground kids playing in the street. They don’t fix anything. Mold leaks in the streets are fallen apart. Gutters don’t even work and they barely cut the grass and they want your money without opening the office up on weekends and wonder why you can’t pay your rent if you’re working.
