  I toured South Ridge Apartments and honestly… wow. If apartments were contestants on a reality show, this place would win Best Personality AND Best Looks. The staff? Absolute rockstars—friendly, professional, and somehow made me feel like I was already home (even though I’m not renting there due to other circumstances). The property itself? Clean, modern, and so well-kept it made me question my own life choices. If you’re apartment hunting in Greenville, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You’ll leave impressed—and maybe a little jealous of whoever gets to live there.

  Great place to live with a community feel I’ve had a really positive experience living at South Ridge. The property is well maintained, the grounds are clean, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. The management and office staff are responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, which honestly makes a big difference day to day. One thing I genuinely appreciate is the effort they put into building a sense of community. The monthly newsletters, resident events, and little touches like holiday gatherings and coffee bars don’t go unnoticed. It’s clear the team actually tries to engage residents rather than just collect rent and disappear. The location is convenient, the property feels safe, and communication from the office has been consistent and clear. No place is perfect, but South Ridge does a solid job of listening to residents and keeping things running smoothly. Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend South Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a well-run community in Greenville.

  Awesome place and pet friendly . The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the layout of the unit is spacious and comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team is friendly and professional. I also appreciate the convenient location—it’s close to shopping, dining, and major roads, which makes commuting easy. Overall, this has been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.
