We’d seem several Ryan Home communities and then I got the email about an up and coming small community called Davis Grove. We went and met with an Agent but decided to wait. The “ Christmas in July” buying incentive brought us back where we met with agent Alicia Reckart. We’d met Alicia previously and were glad to speak with her again. Alicia was very thorough and patient with us. Once deciding to move forward, Alicia walked along with us assuring us all would be fine. Our Loan Office Tyler Crotts continued to uphold the professional and excellence we’d received from the start of our journey, and Project Manager, Charles Yates was accommodating, making surre we understood every aspect of the building process of our foever home. Overall, Ryan Homes is an efficiently well running business that continues to provide an excellent, and exceptional new construction home buying experience for everyone seeking a forever home! Even though I knew I was not Income qualified, I still inquired by FAITH! I spoke with Alicia who was AMAZING! She was extremely patient with me and answered my questions accordingly. She was such a kind hearted person and so sweet, I felt like we knew one another for Years. She gave me sound instruction in regards to the necessary steps that I need to take to purchase a Home at Ryan Homes and even gave me great recommendations on where I can live while I build up my Income to purchase a Home. My experience with Alicia enhanced my excitement to move to Greenville and I look forward to purchasing my Home there as well. I will surely be proud to call Alicia my Agent.
