We were then on video call where we were shown the model and given a tour of the grounds. We booked a flight to see our rep and see the land and community in person. Our rep was extremely helpful in picking out options and showing us the community as well. She walked us thru every step of the financing phase and gave us options. She is not only very professional but very personable as well. If you are thinking of Arden Woods Villa, please make your appointment with Sandra Martoccia.
