I recommend everyone. He worked with me in accomplishing getting my house over the course of few years and I don’t know anyone as dedicated to making sure their customer are comfortable and love what they are getting. We’ve been in the home now for about four months and they still check in. They make sure that everything is going well still and if any little things needed to be looked at like cosmetic stuff they are so quick to have someone out to your home. Their dedication to their customers after the sale is complete is absolutely remarkable. I know I’ve already said it once, but I’m gonna say it again. I will recommend them to any person looking to purchase a home.

After living in the home 4 months, we decided that we needed to become foster parents to two little boys from the school that I teach at. In order to be licensed to foster, we needed our extra family room to be turned into a bedroom. Machala and the team at Clayton Giles worked with Josh and Scott at Oakwood Homes in Greenville and figured out a way to make it happen for us! The team at Oakwood made sure to get materials that would match and look like it was originally designed as a bedroom. Their contractors came out and finished the job in a day. They were professional, polite and made sure to clean up after themselves. I can not thank them enough for helping us to create a home for these two little boys who have no family. Thank you all for going above and beyond for us! Their generosity, kindness and support means so much to us! I highly recommend Oakwood Homes in Greenville. They really put the customers needs first!
