  SCAMMERS!! They didn’t uphold a contract 3 months free for signing for 15 months.😒 and the black widows issue has been going on for almost a year🤦🏽‍♀️

  They don’t honor the extended lease deal. Where u get 3 months free. If you do a 15 month lease vers a 12 month. Im just flabbergasted they don’t honor this!

  I moved in and did my walkthrough. There were some items that needed to be addressed. The staff Destiny and Dori that were assisting me got on it right away and got Maintenance. Nick came and started working on my issues. He was clean and diligent and respectful of all my property. He was informative and tentative of what I was explaining. He cleaned up after all his work like if it were his own home. Thank you Nick for your great customer service. I have been happy with Lattitude34 at Vines Creek.

  Company does not believe in responding to customers, are masters of the run around. Would not recommend, what starts off as a good experience soon turns into a nightmare. Phone calls are not returned, emails are left unanswered for weeks. What looks like a nice community is soon not worth the hassle. Glad I left. No accountability.
