  I’m so grateful for the team at LakeCrest Apartments, especially Alex Vitti. The care, kindness, and genuine thoughtfulness shown by the management team truly make this place feel like home. It’s rare to find people who go out of their way to make residents feel valued, and LakeCrest does just that. Highly recommend!

  If I could do zero stars I WOULD!! For starters, absolutely foul, disgusting, outdated section 8 housing. Infested with roaches, and you have to pay for pest control. The office is quite literally a joke, filled with money hungry people who think they’re better than you. The rent prices fluctuate, and change EVERY month. Massive drug problem and people smoke cigs constantly in their apartment, every single building entrance inside stinks of weed and smoke. We called multiple times to complain about the smell and stains on the walls from it and no one did anything. Packages get stolen, and Water is disgusting, and had to buy a filter that every month would be covered in pink mold. Black mold was found in my bathroom, and my husband and I were sick for months not understanding why. They ripped the horrible PAPER off the bathtub, and the wall was covered in black mold. You know what they did? Covered it with spackle, covered the BATHROOM in spackle, and put tiles over the black mold. Tracked spackle through the entire apartment, left it stuck to the cabinets, never sanded it down, was all over the bathroom wall. Full on landlord special. Oh and if you’re a day late on rent, they charge you a 250$ late fee. Also, the kitchens are so unbelievably small and compact, if you open the fridge door it hits the oven. And that’s a 2 bedroom. Quite possibly the worst place to have to stay. The first 2 photos are after my husband and I painted, since they don’t actually paint it or do anything to the place
