  The Regional Maintenance Supervisor, Rob Curry, has truly been a blessing and is definitely want Jamestown has needed. His new maintenance team Alonzo Sims, Antwan, David, and Jimmy have done a superior job with getting all my repairs done! I want to give them a huge thank you because not only did these men get the huge work load done, they did it professionally, and with great customer service. Thank you for making my home feel like a home again!

  I've been a resident for about 2 years. Since I've moved in I've been dealing with the same issue. My apartment floods every time it's rains. I've had to throw away items left and right because of water damage. Nobody ever comes to fix the issue the water is literally coming in from the baseboards. They said they had to get approval for them to get a contractor out to fix it. It's literally been months since they told me that. And let's not mention when the hurricane came I had a swimming pool on my lower level. Guess what nobody came out then either. This is a structure issue and causing damages that are out of my control.

  Great managment team. The manager named Ky was very well informed about the property as well as gave me all the information needed to potentially stay on the property. She offered a tour as well as answered the many questions that I had. Very professional and interactive. Thank you for such a great experience!!!

  Jamestown needs to hit a reset button with their manager. I've been a resident for 5 years now and I must say this manager has to be the worse one yet. I've been waiting for months to have my repairs done and it's like pulling teeth. Then if something gets fix seems like something gets broke in the process so then I have to wait another month or fix it myself. We have a pool that was open only on opening day. It's literally been close all summer long. The grass isn't cut regularly and use to to be cut weekly. Bushes get cut only God knows when. You have a tree growing out of them before management even notices. I have to keep my own bushes trimmed. It took multiple complaints for them to finally put an emergency maintenance number back on after people were without AC during the terrible heat wave. Why it ever was even taken off I don't know. I'm getting concerned with all these weekly pest controls they keep having. They rarely return calls or emails. They try to charge you to fix things that they are responsible for like appliances. For months they were constantly putting out letters about new lease rules and violations without consent from tenants. We have a breed restriction but yet the manager can have her girlfriend at work and allow her Rottweiler in the empty apartments. I'm really just disappointed on how rundown Jamestown has gotten when at one time it was becoming a place I was proud to call home.
