  Goldsmith it's the worst company ever, they are rude and arrogant, they don't care about tenants at all. They only focus what pleasing them, they horrible company, their customer service needs to start over again. I rent a house 🏠 from this company. The place full of roaches. When I called to tell them that they said it's a lie, roaches it's everywhere, i tried everything those roaches keep coming, and they said they not responsible for that. They don't want to do anything, Goldsmith only working for the owners not for the tenants This company needs special attention because they don't care at all.

  If I can give this company 0 stars I would. We trusted this company to manage our property since unfortunately we live out of state. Lets begin with Ashley , she would charge us a $45 fee every time she would go and "inspect" the property. Ashley kept reassuring us that the property was in good condition. Little did we know that the tenants living in our home were breaking the no pet policy and had our home in terrible conditions. We found out through a close relative that lives in South Carolina. We called to get a new agent since clearly Ashley wasn't doing her job, instead she would charge the fee to lie about the conditions of the house. When we got a new agent Jayne Nichols, she went in and inspected the house, this time we got back a full report of all the damages and infractions the tenants had in our property. We finally felt like this company was going to help us out. This is when we received once again a phone call from a close relative that the tenants were removing all of their belongings. NOT ONCE DID THE COMPANY CONTACT US TO INFORM US. They had proceeded to EVICT the tenants without our knowledge. The agent advised us that they were going to charge the prior tenants and told us to get a grand total of what it would cost to fix our property that the tenants would be sent to collections but that most likely they wouldn't pay. Then they proceeded to hold on to the security deposit. THE PROPERTY WAS COMPLETELY TRASHED. It was left in a disgusting condition and now were stuck having to pay for all of the damages, and we have no security deposit. This company has screwed us over time and time again and did a horrible job at managing our property. We pay monthly and expected a better turn out. Not only do they not do they're job, they are super rude when you confront them or ask any question. They need to get a lesson on customer satisfaction and on simple manners. IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS COMPANY, DON'T THINK ABOUT IT TWICE , RUN!
