- MDMelissa DunlopAug 3, 20192.0Lived on a property for 4 years. Moving unexpectedly breaking the lease. The well pump went in our well. When I called Goldsmith, the owner of the home called me. Owner of property threatened retaliation to double my rent. After my boyfriend refused to look at. or fix it. Than went on to tell me how broke he is, he can not afford this. When I reported this to Jayne there was no response. She followed up with telling me I would have to pay a cancelation fee. No empathy, understanding or concern when one of her property owners is threatening me. Because he didn't want to spend money. Isn't that why a tenant pays rent? I no longer feel safe or comfortable in this rental. All their concerned about is money.
