The location is great, the area looks clean, and it wasn't hard for us to decide to live here. Ms. Sierra New was a pleasure to speak with. She answered all of our questions, she even gave us time to look (and even measure things 🤭) around the apartment so we can really imagine ourselves being there. And she even said her favorite thing is working at a small complex so she knows all of the residents by name, so personable! And that's what we want, a place that feels safe and neighborly.

I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with the leasing office staff and maintenance staff. Maintenance is extremely quick to respond to any work orders. The leasing office staff is very responsive as well.

The schools that are nearby are great, it is close to downtown, and the mall is nearby as well. The complex itself is very relaxed. The inside of the apartments are nice and offer lots of storage, especially with the walk in closet. The few times I have called the office for a simple question the have always been kind! They are always trying to do small events or giveaways for the residents, which I personally love because it feels like a little community. I would definitely recommend living here!

I feel safe here, it’s quiet and the neighbors are very friendly.. maintenance personnel very professional and on point with any situation, same with the office staff very professional and attentive to the needs of whoever comes to the office. I highly recommend these apartment to anyone that wants to rent a.quiet, clean and affordable place.
