  Dakota, the manager, Was super friendly and helpful although we are moving to Florida he was willing to spend the time with us to help us learn more about Clayton and Norris Holmes. If you’re in this area do business here they have an outstanding staff and maintenance people that are on top of things should it be needed? I give them six stars if I could.

  Jamie and Neil came out to replace my window in the kitchen. It had cracked 2 weeks ago. They were polite and quick. Clayton of Greenville are always on top of things with our home and go above and beyond.

  We had an absolutely incredible experience with Clayton Homes of Greenville, SC — and I don’t say this lightly — it was a 10/10 from beginning to end. Jordan was the go-to guy the entire way through. His communication was top-tier, he stayed honest and straight to the point, and he made sure we never felt left in the dark. Every question we threw at him was answered quickly and clearly, and he genuinely made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and smooth. You can tell he truly cares about taking care of his customers and getting things done right. On the financing side, Taylor at Cardinal knocked it out of the park just as much. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes, kept everything transparent, and made the numbers make sense without the usual confusion or pressure. The level of professionalism, dedication, and follow-through we experienced from both of them was simply outstanding. Allthough we had some lamd complications from start to finish, the teamwork, responsiveness, and overall experience exceeded expectations in every way. If you’re looking for people who go above and beyond, treat you like more than just another customer, and deliver results — these are the folks to call. Absolutely phenomenal service and an experience we won’t forget. Amazing work all around!
