The property is beautiful and well maintained. Great ammenities. The layouts are well thought out and feel bigger than the footage without a lot of wasted space. You would never know you were just minutes from Woodruff Road and I-85.

I have not had any issues with bugs (just a few spiders which is expected on the first floor) and I love that they let you fence in a small area to create a more personal yard space! Lawn maintenance is great and they even blow off my patio! Maintenance is great they always handle issues promptly and I hardly hear my upstairs neighbors. My experience so far has been great and I love that there are a few stray kitties around the complex that sometimes let you get close enough to give some love to. I will definitely be considering extending my lease here!
