  A friend of mine lives here and his place literally has black mold in the apartment and he had to move out. THEY STILL MAKE HIM PAY RENT AND REFUSE TO ADDRESS THE MOLD WHATS SO EVER. Horrible property do not recommend living here at all. Shady business practices.

  Roach infested, stray cats, 2 shootings and unanswered work orders! If you’re looking for an apartment complex that will move you into a unit infested with roaches and yellow stained toilet seats this is the place for you! I can confirm they will go weeks (over a month now I believe) without correcting the work orders at move in and will also take weeks when there are leaks in the unit. There were 2 situations of gunshots during my stay that was brief the second time the police didn’t even show. The first instance was broad daylight. In addition to all of these concerns the trees on this property produces a sap that will sit in the car and require you to wash it regularly and overtime it can cause problems with the clear coating of the car. There are stray cats everywhere because residents feed them by the dumpsters and they rip through the trash all the time. The finishes are insane and the pictures speak for themselves. This is what you will get at day of move in! (Yes that’s rust in the dishwasher) The leasing staff is “nice” but that means nothing when the property is poorly managed. My mother has given up hope with repairs at this point and that is sad. The dishwasher that was supposed to be replaced leaked all Thanksgiving morning for the fourth time I think and the vinyl is being affected now. I’ve worked in property management for years and I haven’t seen a property this poorly managed in a while and every time I visit my mother I am beyond disappointed with the property. Rent should be significantly lower if this is going to be the residents experience here.

  This place is HORRENDOUS don’t bother even applying it will make your life hell. You’ll live in a mold infested apartment and they’ll walk you around in circles doing a half ass job on “fixing” it, refusing to send professionals to test for mold and the not letting you get out of our lease early without penalty. Me, my husband, and my newborn daughter have had respiratory and other health issues due to the mold but they refuse to do anything about it. Your ceilings will also leak and they will take MONTHS to patch it up.

  (EDIT: Always speak with the office. They are willing to help as much as they can as long as they know your problems.) Like most of these reviews, the tour and leasing agent were great. The application process was slow however. I signed but when I got into my apartment my move in checklist was too long. The blinds had broken pieces lying around, the carpet spelled like chemical B.O, the closet door doesn’t shut all the way with paint flaking into the carpet, broken closet shelves, broken bedroom fan, internet advertised as fiber but its cable and overpriced, (250 gbps max on lan for $100 per month) as well as the cables being cut upon move in by the painters, an extra 200+ dollars in fees without utilities, leaking toilet line, mold in the same area, water coming up through the bathroom floor, no pest control services because they left the old company and I haven’t seen another since, the ac unit has a filter that doesn’t filter because they mounted it with enough space to fit my fist. I was living in a $500 dollar a month unit with 3 others with better management, maintenance, and service.
