  The entire process of selling our Greer home could not have been any smoother. Bruce & his team were fantastic and asked for our suggestions as well as answered the many questions we had. The closing was also done quickly & efficiently as we have come to expect from Bruce. This is not the first time we have used Bachtel but unless he wants to expand to Florida it will need to be the last.

  Great team and Bruce put in a lot of miles with our upstate search from east to west and north to south. Very patient with us looking and not rushing around but worked out good schedule for multiple viewings in a day.
