This was a great place to live for the two plus years I was there. The staff is friendly and kind and it is close to everything. Not to mention it is very affordable. Unfortunately, a personal circumstance needed me to relocate out of state to be closer to family and I had to break my lease. The buyout is more than any other place I have ever lived in, the equivalent of four months of rent that they want UP FRONT if you vacate the apartment before the official 60 day move out date. This was not initially communicated to me when I made the inquiry to management so make sure you ask all the correct questions and get everything in writing. Also, their system does not allow for partial payments if you want to pay rent early which is annoying. That being said, it was a lovely place to rent for a while and would recommend to anyone moving to the Greenville area!

Rarely have i ever experienced such amazing support in searching for my new apartment home as I did with Jordan. She went above and beyond to help me..so professional,kind,responsive. Can't say enough goid things about working with her. Such an amazing asset to 400 Rhett.

We loved our living experience at Rhett! The only reason we are moving is because we purchased a new house. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place in Downtown Greenville

The Casino,Aquarium, and Imax theater are just of the few amenities included at this apartment complex. Come join us for a complimentary round of cocktails and hor d'eurves each Tuesday night at 7pm.

{Read Before Renting} Dear Reader, within the first week your car will be vandalized. Mine was. $1,900 worth of vandalism. But don't complain because you'll have two maintenance men knock on your door. I'm being nice. They don't knock. They just unlock your apartment door and walk in. They did several times if I didn't answer the door. Go to the bathroom and be comfy knowing you might have someone help wipe. Oh, and learn Spanish because your shower buddy doesn't know English. It'll be helpful because you're tired from the train that passes right next to the building blaring it's horn all day and night! The apartment i had smelled terrible moving in and floor was covered in residue. You won't know until you sign paperwork to lease it. I wasn't shown it till I signed the lease. Mind you that staff doesn't work there anymore and hopefully they treat people better. You're mail will always be missing and Amazon will leave your package in the main lobby. The elevator will break twice a week. Expect delivery to never get passed the front door.

$54,000 a year! To park your car!
Enjoy that robbery on top of terrible apartments for way to much money.
