  This property is absolutely beautiful—everything is well-maintained and has such a welcoming feel the moment you walk in. The entire team is incredibly helpful, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the community. The overall atmosphere is nothing but good vibes, making it such a great place to call home. Highly recommend

  Trinita gave us a tour and she was so sweet and answered all of our questions before we had even asked them! She was an absolute joy to work with!

  I would like to sincerely acknowledge Natalie, Assistant Manager, for the exceptional professionalism, intelligence, and consistency she brings to her role. In every interaction, she has handled my questions and requests with remarkable efficiency, sound judgment, and genuine attention to detail. What is especially impressive is not only how quickly she responds, but how effectively she resolves issues, with composure, clarity, and a strong sense of responsibility. Natalie has a rare ability to make residents feel heard, respected, and well taken care of.   I would like to share an experience I had with the one of the maintenance assistants . Her name is Cassidy. Let me tell you! I was in a panic because there was a leak on the third floor. Which came to the second floor and then to my unit on the bottom floor. This was a massive leak it was raining in my unit; I was panicking, so I called the emergency number for our development. They dispatched Cassidy. She was on call and as she was here before I could turn around good. Cassidy came in ready to work. She begin to figure go upstairs first, to find the origin of the leak and begin to turn off what water lines that have to go off. Then Cassidy begin to make phone calls to who needed to be called. She received assistance as to what was needed to be put into place so that we can just survive throughout the night to begin to get the work done in the morning . After receiving information, get in the water shut off she begin to move my items. She began to help me secure them and keep them from getting wet and damaged, as we had to relocate them. Cassidy begin to get a mop and a mop bucket and began to help me mop up the water, because she knows how fragile I am due to my extensive medical conditions. She kept saying it’s too much for you. You can’t go through this let me help you and your husband cause is not your fault. Talking about going the extra mile. It was crazy, that night it was easier this time because of Cassidy. This was the second ceiling flat this time they have fixed the problem completely.. I think without her assistance I don’t really know what my sanity would be because even my husband was trying to calm me down and it just was not working. I think it only worked because she was on call in our development and she just jumped into action. Cassidy had a plan. she knew what she needed to do. She had ideas of who to call and she just began to take action. What was going on in my home she acted like it was her home and that’s what did it for me, she is 100% all in at Braxton at Woods Lake She takes care of the property like it’s her property. She comes in and anytime she has to do a repair she’s doing it like it’s her home. She cares about the property. She cares about the people she cares about me and my concerns and oh my goodness she is an asset. I love her, I love her, I love her, she is 100% I love it.   Any suggestions at this point my husband and I are not very happy with Braxton at some point the maintenance people were really good. We just got another bill and we haven’t even lived there for over a month for water and sewer that we never even used if this is for back water and sewer months ago that seems very unfair. I don’t know that I would recommend this apartment building under any circumstances at all places, my husband Is a joke just seems like nothing has went right for us since we lived there. Total waste of time no thank you I don’t know that we can recommend this apartment building.
