Initially we were not going to leave a review on this place, but today was honestly the straw that broke the camels back, so you'll get the whole story. When we first moved into these apartments several years ago, I think it was either under a different management company or just didn't have as many properties to manage. Whatever the case may be, these apartments and the overall experience used to be great here. At some point there was a shift, and slowly we started experiencing things like staff comments about having to make sure that the repairs our apartment needed were "in budget," holes eroding in what we were told was some kind of concrete composite plywood under the linoleum, seeing the property become understaffed and burnt out, more bugs entering the apartment (roaches, stink bugs, house centipedes, and large silverfish and their babies) despite being advised that we had pest control, cigarette smoke entering through the floor boards of our balcony and around poorly insulated doors - which could be smelled in our cabinets and closets and sometimes the main living spaces - despite the property being listed as "non-smoking" with fees listed in the lease (which we reported, but were told they had to catch them in the act, even though both apartments had their ashtrays and mugs in plain view on their patios), several patch jobs from maintenance which had to be redone by the next maintenance guy and the next after that because it was done incorrectly (which I can only assume is also a budget issue, where they can only hire the cheapest labor and purchase the cheapest materials), and now, several months after moving out, we are told that the refund check we were issued - and are now past the void date for because of all the back and forth and lack of communication, is being absorbed by them due to a "termination fee" being applied, which they allegedly "overlooked" when finalizing our move-out. After all of the other frustrations with this company and our apartment, this really takes the cake, and feels extremely shady - especially since we have now found email confirmation (after the check had been issued to us) that we were, in fact, paid in full by their own collections department. How, in all this time, were we not notified that we still "owed" PRG - Beacon Ridge, and they conveniently find a way to charge us the remainder of the deposit we were already given back, when we were simply asking them to have it written out to just one of us, versus both parties, so we could successfully cash it? Is the company really that hard up on cash that they have to go back and find things and charge us for? If you are thinking of moving here, be prepared to experience poor management and poor communication, waiting on the company to decide how cheapest to fix your maintenance issues - if they decide to fix them, lots of road noise (sirens all throughout the day and night, loud sports bikes and backfiring cars and trucks), musty smells, cigarette smoke, black mold, owners who let their dogs crap everywhere and not pick it up, overflowing trash dumpsters and trash bins with household trash in breezeways that attract bugs and squirrels, occasional car break ins, loud neighbors who party into the wee hours of the morning (with poorly insulated walls, doors, and windows to boot), the impression that the company cares, and rising rent costs that already made the property not worth the cost a few years ago. We finally made the jump and got out, while we could still afford a house. Seriously you can and will find newer and much better places to live in the area for the cost. Save yourself the frustration, even if it means paying a little more. I wish we would have done so sooner.

I moved to Beacon Ridge almost a year ago now from up in Pennsylvania and it has been a great experience so far! I originally signed my lease with Marcus and he was so helpful in coordinating everything and being flexible as moving can be a big hassle especially from a different state. My partner and I live in the apartment and anytime we have had an issue arise, we contacted management and they were able to set up a time to promptly fix the problem and we could not appreciate it more! They also always seem to be trying to update the apartments any chance they can so that's a big plus as well! I just renewed my lease for another year and will not regret it! Thank you for all you do in keeping this apartments running smoothly :)

Kayla and Summer were great to work with during my move to Greenville from out of state. Moving across state lines can be a lot to coordinate, but they made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. They were both very responsive and helpful the entire time. Anytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly and made sure everything was handled. By the time I arrived in town, my apartment was completely ready to go, which made a big difference after a long trip. I really appreciate how organized and on top of things they were. They made the transition to a new city much easier, and it’s clear they care about making sure everything goes smoothly for new residents. Overall, it was a great experience working with them, and I’m really enjoying living here in Greenville.

It’s a very bad place to live.Do not waste your money. My ex neighbor who stayed upstairs from me bath water was dripping in my hair.I couldn’t take no shower when they were taking a shower.I used to be so tired after I get off work.I work third shift . I knew the maintenance couldn’t fix the problem. The maintenance couldn’t even fix my pipe under my kitchen sink for a whole year. They tried to fix my pipe 4 times . I just stuck a pot under my kitchen sink.I also had a lot of roaches 🪳 and 1 mice 🐭. The cost of them apartments isn’t worth it. The new landlord out there is racist . I felt like she had people watching us. because we are black African Americans She tried to blame my son for messing up the women bathroom. I asked my son about I he told me that he didn’t go to the women bathroom .Those apartments are soooo old and they been up every r since I was in middle school. One more last thing Ithey don’t have good security out there. I thought a guy was going to shoot everyone at the office when I was paying my rent. I had to tell everyone to go home because the landlord didn’t tell no one to go home. I was so scared. That man threatened the maintenance man in the office but we all know some people don’t care because that man could have killed all of us..It’s not worth 1,500 a month

I lived there for a long time, loved it in the beginning, now I would not advise anyone to live there for any reason !! The office is managed by a Female Witch, she is rude, demeaning, cruel, cold, immature, and thinks she is above her Residents, her partner in crime is a Male ??? same attitude, and should never be in any job that involes working with the public. Their boss at Grubb Properties is just as bad. They rented the apt across from me that was riddled with mold from a bad leak and only covered it up did not fix the problem. I could write a book on this place, just heed my warning and stay away !!!!!
