  Bruce and his associates at Bachtel Realty Group have represented us in buying and selling properties over the last 21+ years, including homes, vacant land, rental property, and business property. My husband and I have total confidence in Bruce and his team from start to finish. He has consistently given us wise council and always represented high moral values in all of our transactions. The office team is competent and quick to respond to calls or texts. We have had the opportunity to be around Bruce and his team in a variety of business and social situations over the years. They are a joy to work with and socialize with. We have recommended the Bachtel Realty Team for years and will continue to do so!

  Bruce found us our home for us in 2021 when the stressful bidding wars were happening. He was our hero! We love it here in Greer. And his wife, Carol, is a treasure. They invited us to their church and we been friends ever since! Bachtel Realty is very generous to their clients, whether it's giving away pies at Thanksgiving and fun Pumpkin Patch hayrides and free pumpkins. They invite us to the Greenville Drive's Fluor Field every year for a delicious buffet, drinks and freebies while we enjoy the game! You can't go wrong with Bachtel Realty Group graciously helping you find your happy place! God Bless You Bruce and Carol and your hard working team!

  Three years ago we retired in Connecticut with the intention of finding a home in the Simpsonville/Fountain Inn area. Bachtel Realty was absolutely incredible in helping us see that end! Bruce walked through countless homes with us, (bringing morning coffees!) and he offered helpful advice when we needed it. Bruce’s kindness and patience was over and above helping us transition to our new home. While we were still in CT. Bruce kept us informed, attended to every detail, and was at the final walkthrough before closing preparations. When we arrived in Simpsonville everything was in order and ready for our closing. Bruce’s integrity and love for what he does really resonates throughout Bachtel Realty. We are so grateful for Bruce and his team!

  Hands down the best realtor team I have ever worked with. They are kind, professional, easy to work with and very quick to respond! They take time to understand what you are looking for making sure your needs are met. They take time building long lasting relationships with you even years after you have already bought or sold your home. Throughout the year they are staying in contact with you and inviting you to different events they are having. From baseball games, to water parks and even pumpkin pies they go out of there way to make sure your experience with them is top notch and long lasting. I have bought 3 houses from them and highly recommend Bruce and his team if you’re planning on buying or selling a home!!
