  This is the most well run apartment building that I have ever lived in. The entire staff is great! Convenient location, very walkable. They just got a bunch of nice looking bicycles as a tenant you can use. I feel very safe living here. Ashley does a terrific job of putting together happy hours, contests & multiple other offerings in addition to her leasing skills. Kayla, is the manager. She is very knowledgeable and accessible. I never lived anywhere else with such a great maintenance team with Derek & Matt. Loads of great pets, including mine, occupy this building! They have ample parking under the building. I do wish my apartment had more storage, or maybe I have too much stuff!

  I have lived at Rhett for 3 1/2 years now and have had nothing short of an amazing experience. Nikki and Hope are incredible to work with and the community it self feels like a family. As an individual who has lived DT for several years and looked at several different apartments in the area. This one is by far the best.
