- DDDimeOct 20, 20251.0Do not move here! Roach infestation in units! very unclean environment for children. I moved into Brandywine last month due to being told untrue things by the office management. A false narrative was painted! I wake up every morning to roaches crawling throughout my apartment. There is roach pooped painted over in the apartment. Roaches are also painted over in many areas of my apartment. I haven’t been able to place any dishes or food throughout cabinets without feeling grossed by out. It’s definitely a nightmare & let’s not forget mold that’s being painted over! Mentioning to the regional and the office management that I would like to be provided a mold test & being turned down by both was overboard. Moving in I told the regional manager that I would like a test approved as well as all unfixed maintenance jobs to be completed & she agreed to it. The maintenance chose to fix what they felt like fixing and left a moldy sink as well as an unclean refrigerator from someone else’s home inside of my unit. It’s month two and I’m already going to be moving out. I requested that my funds be given back after I spoked with the regional and she mentioned that she couldn’t give it back because I stated inside of the apartment. Me & the regional had an agreement to approve my request and for her to get back to me. The regional manager waited until the month was over to try to explain she couldn’t approve what I asked for. I stayed due to hope and believing that the head regional could help me, but that was a lie! Do not move here! It’s a nightmare!

She comes into my job all the time and she knew about my living situation and gave me her card and the next day I came in and did my application and gave me a tour of the homes & she made sure she worked on my application ASAP!
