When we found Canterbrook we were beyond excited as one of the models had everything we wanted in our new home and more. My wife reached out and connected with Regina. Regina has been absolutely incredible from the beginning of the process all the way through to the end and even after. She truly believes in the homes she sells, so much so that her son and daughter in law moved in to their home in Canterbrook with their newborn. Regina has been resourceful, knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and so much more. We even have maintained our relationship post closing. Next, I wanted to speak about Matt and Jordan. Jordan was learning the process of being a project manager and did a fantastic job explaining, answering questions, and preparing us for our new home. Matt has gone above and beyond in so many different ways that I can’t even count. He has accommodated every need we have had, answered any question we posed to him, and even went our and got us a can of paint to fix spots on our front door that were showing after I installed a smart lock post closing. Matt has followed up and followed through on every single request and made sure our home was perfect for our family. All around this has been an incredible experience and I’m so grateful to the entire team and all that were involved!
