What sets Chad apart is his previous background as a site project manager; he isn't just selling a floor plan, he truly understands how the home is built. He provided excellent technical background on the energy efficiency standards and standard features that gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of the build. Beyond the technical specs, Chad did a great job helping us analyze our actual needs and pain points rather than just showing us upgrades. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and can explain the 'why' behind the construction, we highly recommend asking for Chad.
