  One of the best apartment complexes to live at in Fort Mill! Great staff, and great neighbors. I wish I could have found out about this place sooner and lived here since moving to SC.

  Im so excited to be moving to Sycamore! I met the girls in the office and they were very professional and friendly, plus helpful..Coming from over the boarder, so I will be a South Carolina resident now🙂

  Avoid This Apartment Complex at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here was one headache after another, and moving out was even worse. First, management can’t even get basic dates right. They gave me the wrong final move-out payment date, and instead of correcting their mistake, they sent my account to collections. Completely unprofessional and damaging. On top of that, they charged me $200 to “resurface” a tub that was perfectly fine. It’s nothing more than a cash grab on the way out the door. During my lease, they did absolutely nothing to address serious issues with my downstairs neighbor, who became increasingly irrational and unhinged. I dealt with excessive noise at all hours and a dog constantly off-leash, but management refused to step in or enforce their own policies. This place is poorly managed, predatory when it comes to move-out charges, and totally indifferent to tenant concerns. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the frustration — look elsewhere.
