  If I can do 0 stars, I will do it because I moved to this apartment since August, from first day I saw all kind of insects and cockroaches, I spent from my own pocket more that 300$ to clean up the apartment, then AC give us hard time and they came to fix it almost once a month, and now it is not working at all from 03/01/2026 and I been me and my special needs kids can sleep well because hot started and we have no AC and they bring us a portable one, and it didn't do anything, and all is doing make the insects came more and other day saw little baby snake. And just to know I am a good resident and always pay my rent and bills on time .

  Don’t even live here but I highly recommend against putting in an application to live here as they will continue to charge you for a pet fees after they deny your application.

  Would not recommend! We moved in February 2025 and moved out 2026 due to roaches everywhere and in the apartment, we put in so many complaints and nothing got done . They don’t do their upkeeps like they say they does it’s no valet trash like it says in the lease agreement and the trash is always overflowing.

  Bugs everywhere, mold in the apartment ,spend alittle extra money and get a livable apartment

  Don't move here, waterbugs/roaches are out of control Rent is overpriced for the area Maintenance and management is horrible (Constant changes) Dumpster seems to always have issues and lots of ground trash especially near hollidays
