They are kind, respectful Southern people, and this was a very important milestone for them as they prepare for this next season of life. Like many large purchases, we experienced a few minor miscommunications along the way, and the process took a little longer than we originally expected. After waiting several months from the purchase date, we were very eager and excited to finally move in. Thankfully, Glenn stepped in and truly made a difference. He took over the move-in and trailer coordination and worked quickly and diligently to make sure everything was properly handled. He ensured the home was inspected, up to code, and ready for occupancy. His professionalism, calm approach, and clear communication helped bring everything together smoothly. Because of Glenn’s efforts, our family is now preparing to move in, and we are genuinely excited. We appreciate the care and attention he gave to resolving everything and helping make this transition a positive experience. Glenn was wonderful to work with, and we are grateful for the support in getting our grandparents into their new home.
