- EREmily RiceFeb 20, 20245.0We bought a plot in June 2023 and moved in late december 2023. Garland was wonderful to work with on the build and purchase phase and Zach was our project manager. Both were extremely responsive and would address concerns as they arose (like a crack in the foundation before flooring was laid). We've been very happy with the home with only a minor few problems which the warranty team (Kris) was quick to address. Kris even follows up with us personally to ensure we are satisfied after the repairs are complete. We enjoy the neighbors we've encountered and find the amenities are nice.
