- VHValerie HelmsOct 20, 20251.0We started working with Ryan Homes in May. I am a travel nurse and NVR (Ryan Homes) knew that I would not be approved. Due to the fact that travel nurses work contracts that are not guaranteed. We were denied and they kept our 10,000.00$ deposit. KRYSTAL LAND who was our sales representative hung up on us when we called her regarding our money. DO NOT TRUST HER OR RYAN HOMES.
