  Working with Loren through the entire experience at Linden Park was amazing. She is professional, helpful, responsive, informative and an absolute joy to be around. We couldn't have asked for a better guide to help us navigate all the decisions. If you are looking to find your next place and want a true expert who puts your interests first, Loren is your person!   Your real estate agent Janie Summley has been terrific in all aspects of our home searching and buying process. We initially met with her at the Berkeley community in Spartanburg. SC. Then she graciously offered to drive to Linden Park to show us a model that they didn't have in Berkeley. Janie was extremely professional, knowlegeable, and pleasant in her dealings with us. Additionally, she was a skillful listener and problem solver as she addressed all of our concerns. We look forward to continue working with her during the construction process. Leif and Bobby Abbey.

  We have had such an easy home-buying experience. Janie Summey is our sales associate. She works out of the Berkeley location. She has met us at Linden Park numerous times and explained the Ryan Homes building process. This is the 4th home we built but not in this State. And this had been a far better smoother purchase. Janie has gone above and beyond by making herself available to us at all times even after work hours. She has become a true friend.

  Do NOT purchase here. The lot is terrible, and the grading and landscaping are a complete joke. If you want to enjoy or improve your yard, this is not the place. I unfortunately learned this too late after purchasing from out of state— the sales rep’s pictures did not show the reality of the poor lot we ended up with (sold at a premium price). I also hate how CLOSE these homes are next to each other. Brandon from warranty (which is advertised as “world-class”) is dismissive and unhelpful, forgetting that his role exists because homeowners put their trust and money into these homes. On a positive note, the project manager Charles was fantastic. He made sure the job was done right and has continued to be helpful even after closing. Honestly, I feel a lot of buyer’s remorse and truly wish I had read more reviews before purchasing here. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid making the same mistake.

  So this is an addition to my husband’s (Glenn Schaffer) review of a few weeks ago. The construction on our home started on December 20th and OMG are these guys cooking, lol……… He told you about our salesman Michael Johnson already and how incredible he was…….well, he still is! Most salesmen walk away after they get the sale, not Michael. Michael has been in constant contact with us and has responded to every question and request that we have asked of him. He is truly amazing and is a huge asset to the Ryan Homes company! You listening NVR/Ryan Homes? Then, we had our pre-construction meeting. Just when you think they can’t come up with anyone who can stand toe to toe with Michael and Sierra……BAM, in comes our production manager Bennett Howard and our asst. production manager Kevin Cook. I don’t even know where to start or if I can adequately articulate how incredible these guys are. Bennett is wise beyond his years! He a young guy who possess the customer service skills of someone twice his age. He is attentive, concerned, able to listen to our needs/wants and put them into place for us. We have added to the construction numerous times since we signed the contract and Bennet has gotten everything put in place, no questions asked. When Bennett went on a short vacation, in steps his asst. Kevin and he didn’t miss a step. Like Bennett, Kevin was there for us to answer questions, guide us along with what the crews were doing and made himself available for anything we needed. Our experience so far with Ryan homes has been exemplary. It is impossible for them to have done anything more for us than they have done, so far. We have owned 4 homes already, so this isn’t our first go around although it is our first new construction home. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable, quality built new home in an incredible development, you just found it! Come on down and be our neighbors! We are so excited……we can’t wait!
