I was VERY unhappy with the competitor’s customer service and not caring about my needs as a new home buyer. My husband drove by Baker Grove and said I have a good feeling about this place. Let’s give them a try. We called, made the appointment, and got the friendliest and caring sale representative EVER! Sale representative Matt Richards listened to our needs and concerns with the competitor. He really cared about what we needed and wanted in an home. After that appointment, I canceled my mortgage process with the competitor and purchased a Ryan Home at Baker Grove. Thank you Matt and Ryan Homes for making our dream of buying a home come true.
