  Daniel Island Village is a great place to live. The building is quiet and kept immaculate. The leasing staff is very friendly, always helpful, and ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Maintenance responds to requests promptly. Especially Christopher for been such a nice and knowledgeable person. No complaints.

  I’d like to take a moment to recognize Christopher for the great job he does for the community. Christopher is professional, approachable, and always willing to help whenever something is needed. He’s responsive, communicates clearly, and consistently follows through, which really makes a difference as a resident. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about keeping Daniel Island Village a well-run, welcoming place to live. Having someone like Christopher on the team adds real value to the community, and it’s one of the reasons Daniel Island Village stands out as a great place to call home.

  The office and maintenance staff at DIV are excellent and we are lucky to have each and every one of them here. I very much enjoy my new home. Thank you Amanda, Erin, Marcus, Les, Chris & Jabare!

  Had a positive experience with maintenance person Les, I had a leak in my unit , and Les made sure I was token care of and he cleaned the area he was working in and it looked better than it was before. Thanks Les for being so helpful, Joseph
