    My family has been at DIV for five years, and it's been an excellent place to live. Charrise Johnson and the GSC team have gone over and above since the complex changed hands about a year and a half ago, and I'd instantly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

    My roomie and I have had a really great experience here so far. The property management team has been wonderful and responsive, always making sure our needs are taken care of quickly and professionally. Charisse in the office is especially amazing—she’s attentive, friendly, and always takes the time to answer questions and help with anything we need. It really makes a difference having someone so approachable and on top of things. The maintenance staff is just as impressive. Chris, in particular, is fantastic. He’s very thorough and always explains what needs to be fixed, along with timelines if something requires more time. That level of communication and care goes a long way. Grant it, there has been a turnover since the maintenance manager left but the team has been working hard to take care of things since that guy left. One thing to note—there have been a few instances where some older residents have had issues with younger residents, including leaving notes on cars or making comments. While this can be frustrating, it seems to be more of an isolated issue rather than the overall community atmosphere. Overall, this has been a great place to live. The team truly makes residents feel valued and well taken care of. Don’t let a few negative interactions discourage you—this is still a wonderful place to call home.

    The office staff has been very helpful here. Charisse is awesome and answered any questions we had about the property and Daniel island itself. Maintenance seems to be on their game because we saw them hustling, moving appliances. The pool was closed during our tour but they assured us it would be open soon and just needed a repair. The pool area looks awesome and we can’t wait to get in.

    Ever since the property manager, Amanda, left this place has gone completely down the dumpster. Awful communication, extremely difficult to even find someone who works for the property in the clubhouse, and the people they hire are incredibly RUDE. Our neighbors and our household will be breaking lease to move to different complex on the island. Do not recommend this property!!

    DO NOT TAKE THE BAIT. They’re super nice on the tour, but property management is nonexistent and extremely unprofessional. We also chose this complex for the pool, but even after getting an email saying we’re finally able to go sit in the chairs we were kicked out of the pool by an extremely rude staff member. This pool has been “getting worked on” for 6 months…The rent is WAY too expensive for how poorly this place is operated.
