- ETEthan thomasFeb 28, 20261.0Zack was great. But they use a super fraudulent company RentGrow for the screening process, look them up before you put in an Application. I’m overly qualified and got denied. Rentgrow is denying qualified people making up stuff. It’s a cash grab with the apartment company and rentgrow.

They handle things quickly and always make you feel taken care of. It’s clear they really care about the residents and take pride in what they do. It makes the building feel like home.
