I honestly don’t understand how Ryan Homes has any positive reviews, because my experience with the build of 1143 Oak Meadows Drive (Lot 143) was extremely disappointing. From my perspective, the entire process felt disorganized from start to finish. At one point I was even sent progress photos of a house that wasn’t mine, which immediately raised red flags. On top of that, no bedroom lights were added, and I ended up dealing with multiple contractors and sales representatives instead of one consistent point of contact. In my opinion, that level of miscommunication made the whole process chaotic and frustrating. Less than a week before closing, my home inspector identified enough concerns to create a 35-page report, ranging from structural issues to cosmetic problems. By the time everything was finished, the result did not match what I felt was advertised or expected. Based on my experience, if you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and considering other options.
