  From pre-qualification to move in day, my project manager, Miss Madison, went above and beyond to help our family. I had so many questions, but she was patient and offered information that I didn't even think of. Miss Madison and her Conway team worked diligently to secure financing, ordering our home, and setting up our home on our land. Every step of the process, she was sure to keep me updated. Move in day was filled with lots of joyous tears that we were able to finally see our dream home! Thank you doesn't even seem kind enough to express my gratitude, but hopefully, Miss Madison and the Conway Clayton team know just how blessed they are!!!

  Our daughter attended CCU and decided to stay in the area after graduation, so we’ve been considering a move down here ourselves. We stopped by Clayton Homes during their Flannel Fling event last Saturday to see what they’re all about, and we were extremely impressed. Everyone we met was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The quality and workmanship of the homes on display were immediately apparent, and we also appreciate that they offer land-and-home packages that simplify the buying process. While we haven’t made our final decision about moving yet, if and when we do, Clayton Homes of Conway will be our first choice.

  I had such a great experience with Clayton Homes in Conway! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful.   Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and a genuine willingness to help. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to our needs, answer all of our questions (no matter how many we had!), and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. It really felt like they cared about helping us find the right home, not just making a sale. If you're looking for a place that treats you like family and goes above and beyond, I can't recommend Clayton in Conway enough!

  Moved in Oct 2024, placed on rented uncleared land that is covered in glass and debris from a previous mobile home that burned down. No AC first week bc it was hooked up wrong. Snake urine in the AC vent so that is not healthy. Frog came up when I flushed toilet. Flooding on all 4 sides of home, back yard so much trash it's not usable. Trash piles in yard that Clayton promised before and after I paid cash that they would remove, then passed it off on the elderly landowner. Roots coming up from the ground in the only accessible place to walk after rain. A huge concrete slab sticking up. Leaves covered the entire yard when I viewed the home so we had no idea, now every time it rains more garbage comes up from the ground. Settling that's occured from the water flooding: dishwasher falling out, all the trim falling off or buckling, all the doors already not staying open when opened , door locks on entrance are junk, back sliding glass door and screen door crooked. plumbing pipes under the house are too level so it doesn't drain properly and backs up consistently. I should have known from the signing they were dishonest. The sales rep asked to take my photo inside a floor model there on the lot rather than the actual home they sold to me. Talked to Bill King on 8-18-25 for 27 min and he passed it all off. No accountability accepted on Clayton's behalf. Worse flooding with this last storm. #ShutItDown for good, the entire company. I can't even list everything on this review bc Google character limit is too small. Pics are from June 2025 but it's far worse each storm. They're setting homes down the road but they cleared the land properly.
