- SLStargazer lilyFeb 28, 20261.0The building itself looks great from the outside, but living here has been extremely disappointing. Ongoing issues with loud neighbors, strong marijuana odors, and poor cleanliness make it uncomfortable to live here. Large trash bags are left in the hallways from Friday through Sunday, creating an unsanitary environment, even though pickup isn’t until Sunday evening. Having guests over is embarrassing due to the noise and cleanliness. Parking enforcement is also excessive—parking even slightly over the line results in large warning stickers threatening towing. Overall, management does not seem to enforce basic standards of cleanliness or resident consideration. Luxury living where?? June can't get here quick enough.
