I also want to shout out the maintenance man, Burt. He is so pleasant and so helpful. He initially came because there was a leak from my apartment but also took the extra initiative to insist on fixing multiple other things. When he was in my apartment it was as if he wasnt even there. Very kind, very polite, very passionate about his job and care.

Maintenance is super fast as well I put in a request at 11pm and they were there at 8am the next day and it was a weekend. It is kept clean and tidy and the leasing office is always available if you need anything.
