  I had an amazing experience with Main Street Living in downtown Columbia! Shoutout to Brittany and Cecile...they absolutely got us RIGHT from start to finish. Super responsive, professional, and honestly felt like they were on a mission to make sure we landed somewhere perfect. We were trying to move ASAP, and they made it happen so smooth it almost felt suspicious. As an artist, location is everything...and Brittany really understood the assignment. She got us in a spot where we can walk everywhere… and I mean EVERYTHING. Food? Walk. Drinks? Walk. Workout? Walk. At this point, my car probably wondering if it still belongs to me. We love this place so far!! The energy, the convenience, the whole vibe...it’s exactly what we needed. Huge thanks to Brittany and Cecile...we definitely owe y’all one 🙌

  If I could give more stars I would. I just moved to the city and moving is already stressful but this one was especially stressful for me for different reasons. However, Brittney in the leasing office helped me more than she even realizes. She worked with me, talked me down to help calm my nerves, and she helped me get a beautiful place in a great part of town. I love it and I was blessed to find it. The move was smooth and I have no complaints. You seriously can't go wrong. The apartment is great and Brittney went above and beyond to help make it happen. Would definitely recommend.

  I’ve lived in the Kress building for about 6 months and love where I live. Management is great and maintenance is quick to respond (I’ve only had 1 maintenance issue that was solved within two hours). The building is quiet with the only real noise being the street market on Saturday mornings or First Thursday on Main events (hard cut off at 9pm). With this, I haven’t heard great things about other buildings but I do not have first hand experience with this. The ONLY issue I’ve had with my building is package delivery. This may be more of an Amazon issue, but 9/10 times my packages get lost even with specific instructions of where to put packages and including the door code. Overall, I enjoy living in the Kress building and recommend it to those looking for a quiet place to live on Main.

  Aaron, Mike, and Eddy have got to be some of the sweetest maintenance team members. I had an issue at the apt and not only did they take care of it asap, they would even take the time to ask me if everything was still working fine whenever we passed each other on the street. Such a great team. Thank you, guys!

  Recently rented a studio apartment from Cecily. Rate on the place is fantastic, it’s very quiet and privet in my building, and it’s fun to live right downtown. Win-win for me. Thanks Main Street Living!
