  Horrible place to live. If you have a maintenance related issue, expect to be ignored and lied to on whether maintenance will come or not. Expect the remnants of prior tenants, including broken glass on the floor, blinds stained with cigarette smoke, and a shower that's falling apart. Expect nonsense programs that you cannot opt out of like valet trash pickup even though there are dumpsters around the property. Expect the laundry facilities to be permanently filthy, and expect none of the machines to work as intended. Expect the roads on the property to be in poor condition with potholes in the worst places. It sounds like an exaggeration when I say that Grove at St Andrews does not care about providing proper housing for its residents, but it is true. Live nearly anywhere else but here.

  Everything has been great except for the compressor on the Ac went out and we have been without Ac since we moved and and I talked with the maintenance man and he said he will be here Monday 03/09 and he would fix it but unfortunately I don’t think he has been by here at all , not that he isn’t busy I’m sure he is ..will have to call again tomorrow.otherwise I encourage people to come and move in Linda is awesome and very sweet and goes above and beyond . To make us happy in our new home . And really quite as a neighborhood.. I had no complaints other than the Ac ! Happy with our choice to move in !

  I recently toured The Grove at St. Andrews and had a great experience. Victoria was my leasing consultant and she was absolutely amazing. Her energy was very positive and upbeat from the moment the tour started. She was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property. She made sure to answer all of my questions and provided clear information about the units, pricing, and amenities. The tour felt very comfortable and informative, and I appreciated how engaged she was throughout the entire process. Customer service really makes a difference when apartment hunting, and Victoria definitely made this a great experience. I would highly recommend touring here if you’re considering moving in the area.
