  Visited this place with my daughter intentionally wearing loungewear and despite what the reviews say about getting poor treatment if your not wearing designer, we were warmly greeted by Andrew and was shown the apartment by a lovely young lady Ashley and went through the application process with Michelle. All of which were friendly, professional and helpful. The apartments themselves are nicely designed, quiet and feel safe. The kitchen and rooms are a fairly decent size, the gym is well equipped with plenty of machines, the pool is well maintained and of a nice size as well. Grounds were kept clean. Priced fairly. Amongst other apartments in the immediate area, although I’m not a resident yet I’d highly recommend.

  I’ve lived at the Roseberry the last 2.5 years and I couldn’t be happier with it. The property is beautiful and the maintenance staff are polite and fix any (rare) issues I have in a timely manner. The office staff are very helpful and plan fun social events for the residents. Great place for anyone looking for a new home!

  This place and staff have the worse communication I ever experienced. I started the process to move February 19th 2021 they took all my information, income, bank statements, and then took A WHOLE MONTH to make contact. I was approved and then they said we have to verify income it took another 3 weeks I still haven’t heard anything from them. Applied at another place got approved, letter and lease within 3 days flat!!!! The Roseberry is terrible all I can say is if you are trying to move somewhere by a certain time frame RUN!!!!! They don’t care about your concerns or needs. They don’t communicate, & then give you the run around after you been approved. The place itself is beautiful but don’t be fooled by the scenery the management is HORRIBLE. Anytime you call it goes to the off site office team, the regular rental people are NEVER there. Only good person is that office is Breon bless her heart she tried to fix everything. But Julie Tuttle the worse needs to find a new career because property management isn’t her strong suite. Doesn’t return phone calls, the emails are weeks late, and you’ll be lucky if someone calls you back period. I called and left several messages and emergency emails and still they was dragging their feet taking more than $2300 a month and treat their rental people like trash. Don’t be mistaken by the beauty this isn’t the place to move, was moving from a another state and they took me through all of that. You been WARNED!!!! Don’t give this place your money.

  My Friend and Her Wife were given the run around for two weeks by The Roseberry apartment complex on Two Notch Rd. after they had already been approached and then when the property manager saw it and saw that they were together they said that they were denied and won’t give them a reason as to why they were denied and to make matters worse, while they were in the parking lot the apartment complex called Richland County on them for no reason. This is point blank discrimination and then an hour later the manager called and tried to make an excuse say that the police were there for a welfare visit of a resident and tried to say that they were denied because they haven’t paid the rent yet for an apartment that they currently live in and tried to tell her to take down her post on facebook about the bad experience she had. Then she tried to say that they could try to apply again and that they would try and work with them after taking down her post. This is discrimination and and they tried to cover it up with excuses.😒😒😒😒
