From the start, everything just felt easy — the leasing process was simple, the move-in was smooth, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. Anytime I needed a repair or had a question, they responded quickly and took care of it without any hassle. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything worked well, and any issues with appliances or utilities were resolved in a timely manner. I always felt safe here — which was super important to me. The common areas, like the gym and lounge, were well taken care of and always clean. I lived there for about 3 years. Overall, I’d definitely recommend living at The Roseberry. It was a great place to call home.
- YMY MayAug 18, 20201.0The apartment itself is nice and the best feature is the gym but my neighbors are the worst. The ones above stomp all night long, scream and play music. then we got new neighbors beside us that play music loud all day long. The music so loud it rattles and vibrates on my side. I think the apartment needs to send out letters to everyone asking them to be courteous of their neighbors. People still work from home and this doesn't make anyone want to live here if the noise is so bad.
