  Aaron, Mike, and Eddy have got to be some of the sweetest maintenance team members. I had an issue at the apt and not only did they take care of it asap, they would even take the time to ask me if everything was still working fine whenever we passed each other on the street. Such a great team. Thank you, guys!

  It is currently Day 18 of no A/C currently 88 degrees in my apartment space. I have been trying my very best to stay calm about this situation. I am a tenant that has to stay inside all day due to my situation. I pay over 1300 a month in rent and I am confused as to why none of the tenants have not received complimentary fans or any type of care package during this time. This heat is unbearable. I am not able to get a hotel or go to family members home for comfort. Even if I did get a hotel the leasing office confirmed that they will not be able to accommodate me. The leasing office is also not responding to anyone’s messages or phone calls because they feel like this a difficult time when I’m pretty sure they are in the A/C all day eating chips and watching TikTok’s. The leasing office has also not responded to any of my neighbors in the building as well. One of my neighbors passed out and another is breaking her lease. Do they not understand the financial times that are happening right now? A home is to be a place to be in comfort and peace. I have not had any… the least they could have did was provide everyone with fans instead of free lunch ONE DAY OUT OF THE 18 DAYS THIS A/C has been out !!!!!!!

  I would suggest Main Street Living for anyone looking for a smooth and seamless process. I literally signed my lease and received my apt keys in under 24 hours. My leasing agents contacts are Brittney and Secouya, they are very professional and accommodating; I made an Impromptu visit and Brittney cut her lunch short to complete my lease and coordinate the delivery of my apt keys and Secouya, dropped what she was doing and took a walk in the rain to give me a last minute tour of all the available apts layouts. They have several available apts Downtown that suit any lifestyle. If your looking for a place on Downtown, I suggest reaching out to them and tell them Calvin sent you.... (lol) I have more great things to say but I know some of us have ADHD and don't want to read a thesis (lol) if you move into the Barringer, I look forward to being your neighbor...;)

  Made a last minute decision to move back to the downtown area, but Brittney and company made the entire leasing process an absolute breeze! Thanks all! Super excited to be joining the community soon!

  Unfortunately, my apartment was one of the ones that got completely flooded due to Main Street Living not keeping up with maintenance. Even though my apartment got completely flooded & I am unable to live/stay in the building Main Street Living is still requiring me to pay for the full month of rent. Main Street Living told me that they wouldn’t be covering any of my expenses even though the maintenance of the building is on them & I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings. To make matters worse, I finally go to my apartment today to see if they have fixed anything (still unlivable after 9 days) and I come home to extension cords running out of my apartment into the hall plugged into fans used for Main Street Living to dry out their hallways/stairwells. So not only is Main Street Living not keeping up with maintenance, not covering costs for their negligence or even one simple thing to try and make things better, they’re also using my power(that I have to pay dominion for) to power their fans to fix their mistake.
