  I have been out here for abt 4 years! Just last year I have had issue with the downstairs neighbors, although I have reported it timeless amount of times and even wrote corporate, which some how maintenance knew abt my letter (very unprofessional) I let them know that I did indeed have an autistic child, nurses and therapist were in and out and they would beat on my ceiling in which the therapist would have to document. I also reported the woman and her mother trying to “jump me” as my children and I were leaving earlyyyy morning, headed to work on a Saturday in July Yep I made a report! I make sure I keep reports especially when they call the police during hours that are not “quiet hours.” My kids bedtime is 8:30-9pm it’s imperative I keep that schedule due to my kid being autistic. If there were no schedule in place I wouldn’t be able to be a working mom. I start asking the officers to please document thoroughly that when they hve made contact with me they did not find “excessive noise” in which I have the case numbers for! Since living here I have been through 4- office managers annd their rude staff and two new owners! No one has ever tried to fix this situation, I have never been offered to move units and nothing has been done! I can never get anyone on the phone, but they can always seem to post these lease noise violations in my door with zero proof other than from the police being called not knowing I have completed documentation! Today 12/23 I had a letter placed in my door only to get an email that the office was closed for the day, therefore I can’t contact anyone! Since you all like reading and responding to reviews someone from CORPORATE needs to contact me as soon as possible because atp I am tired of reporting this with nothing being done! Seems as though this woman entire family lives out here and the office is chummy with them! I’m tired of the constant threats, being embarrassed when someone is visiting and they begin to beat on the ceiling! I can’t even utilize my garage for “noise” The fact that I can’t live here comfortably but the tenant is comfortable with creating and causing issues and nothing is done is telling and very troubling! I’ve never in my life had a bad rental history or “Lease Violations” and it won’t start now because no one is doing their due diligence, other than myself! they have not offered anything other than “I’ll talk to them” talking to a tenant for whole year and a half has failed! I am above angry! I would NEVER suggest ANYONE to move out here! I’m not done, just as well as I have made reports I have obtained a lawyer! I’m not your average tenant! I stay to myself and do not bother ppl.. my neighbor across the hall has also given me ring camera footage and audio I surely hope You all are prepared! I’ll post a few docs here, police reports have not been redacted so I won’t post those and for other legal purposes ! Enough is enough! -Catherine Smith yes Building 600! Happy Holidays!

  I have lived here for three years and as nice as where we live is the worst part was the staff. It was like being in an abusive relationship you couldn’t get out of.. FASTFORWARD to when our new property manager came on Michael! You can tell this guy knows what he is doing he works with you on whatever it is you have going on. He is very professional, very respectful! The changes he and his side kick Santana (we love her) has made have been slow but they are cleaning up a mess they did not make so grace has to be given. There is a real change being made when it comes to our management and I am so thankful for that. It brings me joy that I can FINALLY tell my friends and family that this is a nice place to live that surpasses the aesthetic.. GREAT JOB MICHAEL!! Keep up the good work!!!

  I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it!!! It’s quite, military friendly, and About 7 mins from post. The staff was always very nice and helpful. Never had to wait long for maintenance issue, always was fixed in a reasonable time. I would recommend to stay on the 2nd floor though, there was a slight issue with bugs but if you call the office they will Definitely take care of it. Once again i really loved this place.

  My experience here at Carrington Place was ok the first year and after transferring for a smaller apt. to a larger one was a nightmare management sucks especially the property manager! I would not recommend this property to anyone they portrayed this to be a high end property but once you're in some of the Apts they rent its a different story old out dated and damaged vinyl, light fixtures, mini blinds etc. and whom ever they use to clean before re-renting the apts.are horrible very poor cleaning service...my best advice please reconsider moving here if you're looking for nice place to live!!!!!
