  I moved in March 14TH in 2025, apt 7102 they been very much of a good help maintenance is always fast too come solve the issue they are cool people they look out. The management people in the office are very nice. I just moved out today on the way back too New Orleans telling them good bye. I recommend y'all too lease here they legit.

  I read the reviews before deciding to tour this property, but I’m so glad I came to see it for myself. After my visit, I can honestly say, please go meet the staff in person. The ladies in the office are full of positive energy, personable, and very knowledgeable about the property. My experience was completely different from what some of the reviews show. I encourage anyone who’s interested to visit and form their own opinion. I’m not planning to move until April or May, but I definitely plan to return!

  This property needs to be heavily investigated. The amount of concerns many residents frequently express with little to no response from office staff and corporate office is alarming. Trying to communicate to resolve issues on the property and corporate level is beyond draining and a never ending struggle. PLEASE believe the negative reviews. Keep in mind the ONLY positive reviews come from individuals office staff ask to leave a review after having a “good tour” or “just moved in” not from people who have lived here for some time. If you pay market rent, stay far away from this community. Fair housing is NOT practiced here. Outrageous Fees are randomly added to your account without notice and only applied to certain residents accounts. Office staff show little to no compassion or concern to rectify issues and build resident rapport. Any time you attempt to address a concern you are met with attitudes and short replies passing the buck to corporate only for corporate to pass it back. Trying to get contact information for a higher person in corporate is literally a battle. I requested contact information via email and have yet to receive it. My experience at Carrington has been a major disappointment and I do not recommend anyone move here.

  If you’re thinking about renting here, DON’T! Rude, unwelcoming, and inconsistent office staff that ignore your calls and emails and treat you like an inconvenience any time you come into the office, unprofessional maintenance staff who prefer quick fixes over real solutions, mold filled apartments, gates have been broken for years, ran down amenities, trash constantly piled up everywhere, the list can go on. They’re always leasing because they can’t keep good residents. Save yourself the headache and find someplace else to live.

  If you’d like to view these apartments, make sure you don’t book a 9AM showing. I came on time to the tour and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the employees morning. I was viewing the Unit for a relative and I ask if I could record & in a very unprofessional tone she replied “can’t you just FaceTime her”. When my relative didn’t answer the phone fast enough my daughter noticed the employee and grounds worker making faces behind my back. The employee wasn’t welcoming and really didn’t want to be bothered.
