  First place I lived when I moved to Columbia. Lots of changes over the past 3 years. But they helped me at a time when I needed it most. I appreciated that! Staff is cool overall.

  Front office staff is amazing and will do what they can to make sure your experience is great Yana and Jamal have made my experience here great so far. The apts aren’t new new but it’s a good place to live

  This place will run your application without the application fee being paid then charge you NSF, don’t answer the phone, website inquiry or call you back. Then send it to collections. Make it make sense.

  Yana is truly one of the most helpful and reliable people in the office. She goes out of her way to assist residents, answer queasuons, and make sure things are always handled. You can tell she genuinely cares and actually puts in the effort to solve problems instead of brushing people off. I do think think the office would run even better with more consistent manager presence and support.
