  There are bats in my daughter‘s apartment and there is no live person available to speak with on the weekend about emergency requests. We are having to deal with an AI chat bot. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Buyer beware BEFORE SIGNING anything. Please read the reviews about indifferent management and ridiculous provisions in leases. My student agreed to rent a 4-person unit with three other students, and 6-months before ever stepping foot into Earle, found a replacement to take his place in the 4-person unit. 114 Earle incurred zero cost to swap my student for another student, and yet charged us $1,659 as a so-called "re-let" fee. They tried to tell me that it had to do with re-marketing the unit, which is, quite clearly, ridiculous. I'll pay the $1,659 - how absurd is that? - but let my pain be a lesson to anyone else considering renting here.

  Had the best two years living at 114 Earle!! Building is well kept and the friendliest staff led by Kristi M. Nothing but positive things to say with my experience as a resident of two years.
