  Can’t say enough great things about the management team here led by Jade. WOW she actually listens to all of our issues and is so caring. We absolutely love it here.

  Unsure on the authenticity of some of the negative comments on here. We have absolutely had an amazing experience with the current management team. We were having so many issues coming home and there being no parking. We spoke with management and they actually did something about it which we really didn’t think they would so quickly. Now we see the property being monitored and spaces actually available for us!

  Heather was great!! We originally wanted a specific floor plan, but she made us aware of another one we wouldn’t have thought of at first that we ended up liking even more! She personalized our tour and was very helpful.

  **Beware of parking around The Merchant and their unethical towing company** To the management team, do better! If you want the whole details of the situation please go to the Google Reviews of JG Towing SC and you will get all the details you will need to reference this review. To the management team, find a new company that is more ethical or at least put signage in every area of parking if you do not want anybody to park within the premises. Got improperly towed in an area with no signage of towing. Some areas explicitly say that you can't park but the area where I park does not have any signage and I was not the only one parked in the area without a parking permit, unfortunately I was the one towed and didn't luck out. Additionally, I have parked there more than a couple of dozen times given we have more than a couple of friends that live in The Merchant or Foundry. Lastly, the towing company ended up damaging my car as well and as can be seen in the Google Review I posted on their google page (again put JG Towing SC in google and go to their reviews and look for my name) and the screenshoots I took of their email response they don't take any accountability. Now I am out $211 for the tow, additional damage to my car which I am getting checked on Monday and for some reason nobody wants to take accountability. Like I mentioned to the towing company if you all would like to come to a resolution amicably and me not having to take legal action I am always happy to do so.
