    Having moved from another high end apartment building on the peninsula, I have been a little underwhelmed. That being said, Anice has been incredible. Her attitude and relationship with the residents has made the transition and my experience in the building exponentially better. Her commitment to event planning and community is so impressive.

    Anice, our concierge, has been a delightful, long-standing presence here. She has a wide variety of community contacts, such as musicians, that she draws upon to lead resident events. She then does a great job organizing, publicizing and hosting the events with excellent food and drink. She goes above and beyond, such as occasionally calling residents to let them know packages have been delivered. Residents appreciate her welcoming demeanor. Also noteworthy are Sean and Toby, the maintenance/repair crew, who are very responsive and personable. While, as others have noted, other staff turnover has been an issue, we are very optimistic about the new management team, Mike and Robyn. Property-wise: great apartment layouts and appointments, amenities such as pool, gym and lounge, and convenient location to supermarket, museums, Gailliard, free trolley, and rest of downtown.

    Samantha McMurray is an amazing Manager! She is highly competent, experienced, respectful, personable and easy to work with! Samantha is already highly regarded by the residents and makes living here easy and enjoyable! SLC is fortunate to have Samantha on the Team!

    Exceeds Expectations! Who would think that the Service Manager at this large complex would take the time and have an interest in helping me with a problem I caused myself. I DAMAGED my new hardwood credenza. Sean B (Master of all Trades), inspected my piece of furniture. He asked several questions. Sean made a recommendation. My problem was resolved with minimal labor and cost to me. I appreciate all of Sean's expertise.

    I was really disappointed with my experience here. The biggest red flag is the constant turnover of staff, it feels like there’s someone new every time you need help. Because of that, service is inconsistent and issues rarely get followed through. It’s frustrating when basic customer service (something you’re paying a premium for) isn’t reliable. I do want to note: Sean and Toby go out of their way to mitigate any maintenance issues and have been great, but upper management clearly struggles to get it together. Overall, the management experience doesn’t match the image they try to present. I wouldn’t recommend this property if good service and stability matter to you.
